The salad always seems fresh, but somehow it doesn't taste as good as others. The turning skills of the new employees are catastrophic - you won't get such a badly rolled Yufka Döner anywhere else in Saarbrücken. The falafel is generally not advisable, it just tastes terrible. The only thing I can still enjoy is the pizza, if I carefully explain the proportions in which I would like the ingredients (yes, the kebab pizza is simply poured a full ladle of sauce over it by default and thus destroyed.) I hope that will change again, the 400m to the next kebab shop or SaarBasar are already an imposition on a Sunday morning.

I ordered and received Iskender Kebab this afternoon. To be honest, it was tasteless. No hint of kebab tasted. The bread was softened in the sauce and not crisp. Too bad. Eating on site or picking it up yourself is probably better.

Every now and then I have a very special craving for a huge and cheap meat platter with bulgur, some salad and, of course Ayran 🥗 That’s exactly what you can get here and it’s really delicious. That’s why I come back here all the time. The other day, i was here with a Turkish friend and had my very first Pide here. It was seriously great and I was super full 😅 The place as such isn’t really nicely decorated or anything but I don’t expect that anyway. It would be nice if they did that to set themselves apart.
